In celebration of Peter Zumthor´s LACMA David Geffen Galleries
The LA team celebrated the opening of Peter Zumthor's LACMA David Geffen Galleries in Los Angeles on 18/19 April 2026.
The design for the LACMA Galleries was initiated in 2008, and ran contemporaneously to Secular Retreat (also known as Chilvelstone House) - a project which was also initiated in 2008. We celebrate the teams who worked on both projects, including the "invisible engineering" behind the simple, timeless designs of both buildings.
